Describe what you know about life in the trenches
The military have to live in harsh conditions when living in the trenches to hide from enemies. They have to sleep on each other in bunk beds or worse, in the mud. It is really claustrophobic, because the spaces are limited and squished. The area is uncomfortable, wet and damp. When it rains, the water rises to knee length and causes trench foot and other dirty diseases. Mice live in there and steal and eat their food. They have to constantly hear the shots of guns and their partners dieing and rotting.
