Song analysis

Rudolph the red nose reindeer

This song is about acceptance and discrimination. Rudolph was the reindeer that was the odd one out and different. He was always made fun of because he had a red nose that glowed which wasn't normal. The other reindeers played games together but didn't let Rudolph join because he was different, so they saw him as weird and abnormal. They also called him names, but one foggy day, Santa asked him to guide his sled because he could see through the fog with his glowing nose. Rudolph saved the day, and the other reindeers loved him and he was accepted as the quote says: "Then how the reindeer loved him As they shouted out with glee, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, You'll go down in history." From that day on Rudolph was praised and seen as hero because what was different about him turned out to be useful.
