A factual question is a question that has only one answer and is straight- forward. Ex: How does a tornadoe look like? A tornado only looks like one thing which is a funnel of wind.
An interpretive question is a question that has more than one answer supported my an evidence. You have to interpret and read in between the lines in the questions because it is not straight-forward. Ex: What causes a tornado? Scientists might have different reasons and opinions on the causes of tornadoes,
