Belbin team roles

I would sort myself into complete finisher- gets things done and also the implementer- the cogs of the team. I can relate to the complete finisher because I sometime have an anxiety to get things done. In the back of my mind, I have the tasks I need to get done and due dates. In the last sentence, it describes them as having high standards, precise, dedicated and task- focused. I always set my mind on the task and focus on what part of the team I have to get done. I kind of have high standards, but mostly I aim for a good score. I also think I am the implementer because I have common sense, self- control and discipline. I know what needs to get done and do my part and I use common sense to get the task done. It describes the implementer as people who are not afraid of hard work and prefer to tackle tasks in  a systematic way. I would say that I am quite a hard worker, because I am usually focused and is not distracted easily. I am an organized person, because I like to do things chronologically.

I think I need to work on pulling the team together. Even though I have done my part of the team's task, I should ask people how far they are on the task. I might work with people who are distracted easily, and haven't gotten that far on the assignment, therefor I should tell them to keep working encouragingly and check from time to time how our whole team is going.
