Brainstorm the items you want on your poster

My role in a team is the implementer and complete finisher, but the implementer got a higher score than the complete finisher, so my poster would be focused on that. On my individual poster, I would firstly put the title at the top. Then I would define what an implementer is, which means an organized person. I would add pictures related to my belbin role like some cogs or a folder. I would make my poster colorful and full of imagination. I would maybe write about why I am an implementer.
